Use this page to understand what to include when asking for help. The site is small and fan-run, so clear reports make fixes much faster.
Supporter code help
If a supporter code does not unlock the archive, include the masked code shown by the site, the page you tried to access, and roughly when the code was issued.
Never send payment card details, passwords, or private account credentials. A supporter code is enough to investigate access.
Bug reports
For puzzle bugs, include the puzzle title or URL, the move sequence you tried, and what result you expected. Screenshots of the board are useful when the issue involves targeting, DON!!, blockers, or hidden information.
For solver issues, include the move log, whether fast search or exact proof was used, and any validation warning that looked relevant.
